ADA37 2x RCA female to RCA female Audio Adapter

Application / Description

This RCA female plug to 2xRCA female plug adapter enables the user to connect two mono cables with RCA Jack connectors to a device with a mono RCA input. This adapter is typically used as a signal splitter or combiner.

Combine Signals
For instances where left and right audio channels coming from a line level device (TV, CD player, DVD, Xbox) with RCA connectors, needs to be connected to a single mono input. The adapter will combine the two RCA channels into one signal with the characteristics from both. Though note, combining music in this way takes away the ‘stereo’ production.

Split Signals
The adapter can also be used to split a signal from a RCA mono device into two separate and identical signals with RCA connectors. Two of these devices could be used to split a DVD Left/Right output into two, to send to two separate devices.
